Statement of differences: NBN Co and Internode Pty Ltd, 1 February 2012

This statement of differences was given to the ACCC on 1 February 2012 by NBN Co in respect to an access agreement entered into by Internode Pty Ltd with NBN Co. This access agreement contains differences from the standard form of access agreement (SFAA) that was published by NBN Co on 30 November 2011 (the ‘Wholesale Broadband Agreement’)

This statement of differences contains:

  • a cover letter
  • a marked-up version of the sections of the access agreement that are different from the standard form of access agreement
