We publish a range of publications, newsletters and brochures, both online and in hard-copy format. Most of our publications are available for free and you can order online.

Public registers

We maintain 27 statutory and voluntary public registers under the legislation we administer. Through these registers we remain transparent and accountable in our decision-making.

Consumer and business directory

Search the directory for the contact details of over 1600 private, community and government organisations that offer consumer and business complaint-handling services, including industry associations, businesses, government agencies and independent mediation services.
