Advertising Standards Bureau (ASB)

Description

The Advertising Standards Bureau administers the Advertising Standards Board. The board receives and evaluates complaints about advertisements involving questions of taste & decency, and health & safety by applying Section 2 of the Advertiser Code of Ethics of the Australian Association of National Advertisers. The board is funded by the industry through the Australian Advertising Standards Council Ltd. Complaints to the ASB should be lodged via the online "Lodge a Complaint" facility on the Advertising Standards Bureau website - www.adstandards.com.au.
