Public informal merger clearances under consideration

Below is a list of all public informal merger clearances under consideration (whether the merger parties have requested 'clearance', or the review has been initiated by the ACCC) and matters that are not yet under review by the ACCC but are being monitored.

An ACCC investigation into either a proposed or completed transaction does not mean that the transaction raises competition concerns, but that further consideration is required for the ACCC to reach a view.

Indicative timelines will be posted for most public informal merger reviews. The expected decision date will not generally be posted for informal merger reviews when the acquisition has already been completed and/or when no submission has been received from the merger parties.
